At Capptus, our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is integral to who we are and how we
work. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone feels empowered to bring their unique
perspectives, ideas, and experiences to the table. As we continue our journey toward greater inclusion,
we are proud to share our diversity metrics for 2024 and key DEI initiatives that are shaping a more
equitable workplace.
Diversity Metrics (July 1st, 2024 – December 31st, 2024)
Age Distribution
30-49 years: 61.22%
Under 29 years: 36.73%
All other age groups: 2.05%
Our workforce is predominantly composed of experienced professionals aged 30-49, while a significant
36.73% of our team is under 29, reflecting our dedication to fostering young talent.
Gender Representation
Male: 55.10%
Female: 32.65%
All other gender identities: 12.25%
While our current gender balance indicates room for improvement, we are committed to increasing
female representation and fostering an inclusive environment for individuals of all gender
identities.
Ethnicity Representation
Hispanic or Latino: 83.67%
Not specified: 12.24%
All other ethnic groups: 4.09%
Given our origins and operations in Mexico, the high percentage of Hispanic or Latino employees
reflects our regional context. However, we are actively working to increase representation from
underrepresented ethnic groups.
Key DEI Initiatives in 2024
1. Inclusive Hiring Practices: In partnership with workforce development
organizations, we introduced inclusive hiring practices to attract talent from diverse backgrounds,
focusing on underrepresented groups. Additionally, we are in our third generation of Capptus
Academy, a program dedicated to bringing young kids from the north of Mexico into the
Salesforce
ecosystem—many of whom were previously destined to work in maquilas. Through this initiative, along
with our participation in university fairs, we have significantly increased
representation from
these underrepresented groups.
2. Talent Development Programs: We launched internal programs aimed at upskilling
and mentoring young professionals, especially those from underrepresented communities.
3. Partnering for Equity: Capptus joined hands with Salesforce’s Talent Alliance
and other ecosystem initiatives to contribute to broader industry DEI efforts, including the support
of diverse-owned partners.
4. Capptus Way Training: Our proprietary Capptus Way philosophy now includes a
comprehensive DEI module, ensuring that all team members understand and practice inclusion daily.
5. Feedback and Accountability: We introduced DEI feedback channels and committed
to transparent reporting, ensuring that our progress is measurable and aligned with our goals.
